Our manager oversees the daily operation of the office. She is always available to parents to answer questions or address any concerns that may arise. Her goal, as well as the goal of all our staff, is to ensure that we provide quality healthcare in a safe and friendly environment.

Referral/ADD/ Lifestyle Change Coordinator

Our physicians have a wide range of specialist to whom they refer patients as needed. Our referral coordinator is here to streamline the process of scheduling appointments with other offices, as well as to obtain any needed authorizations from insurance carriers.

Each of our physicians is experienced in diagnosing and treating Attention Deficit Disorder, as well as other related disorders. If you feel your child is in need of an evaluation for ADD, please contact our ADD coordinator. The physicians of ACMA require testing from your child’s school, as well additional questionnaires to be completed by teachers and parents, before scheduling the comprehensive evaluation in our office. Our ADD coordinator is knowledgeable in this process and will gladly assist you in gathering all the necessary information.

The physicians and staff of ACMA want to be active in all promoting all aspects of your child’s health. We believe good self esteem and fitness are vital to your child’s overall well being. ACMA offers a “Lifestyle Change” program for those patients who are struggling with issues regarding weight, self image, etc. Our “Lifestyle Change” Coordinator can give you more information about this exciting new program.

The personnel in our billing department are well versed and experienced in a wide variety of insurance plans. Our office files claims with insurance carriers, as a courtesy to our patients, and the staff in this department works diligently to be certain that claims are paid correctly. Insurance issues can be quite confusing and frustrating, and our billing staff is always willing to share their knowledge and help in any way possible.

Our check in staff is always ready to greet you and your family with a smile and personal attention. When you arrive at our office, they will ask you to sign in and may request additional information from you, such as a copy of your insurance card, as well as collect any co-insurance payments that are due on the day of your visit. Our office has separate waitng rooms for sick and well patients, and our check in staff will direct you to the appropriate area. They are also available to provide copies of immunization records and assist in answering questions regarding insurance, or other issues that may arise.

The staff at the check out desk will assist you at the end of your visit. They will schedule any follow up appointments that are needed, provide any necessary receipts, school excuses, etc. The check out desk is a favorite place among our patients, as this is where your child will receive a special sticker after their office visit.
